We use props and massage tools to effectively remobilize, rehydrate, and renew connective tissues and joints of the body, which may trap free nerve endings and contract around important organ systems. This curative practice can aid in recovering the postural body, reduce inflammation: muscle soreness, encourage lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, benefit respiration, and help rebalance the nervous system. *Please note: Release methods, although recovery based, do require all participants to have the ability to get up and down from the floor comfortably and manipulate massage tools appropriately with instruction.
