Service Description

Breathwork and meditation, like gentle streams flowing through the soul, bring calmness and clarity to the mind. With each breath, we find center, peace, and renewed strength. Together, they form a sacred sanctuary where we can rest, reflect, and rediscover the beauty within ourselves. Each session is thoughtfully crafted with respect for Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the wisdom of the Vedas, the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the East, and harmoniously integrated with contemporary evidence-based research on Yoga, Meditation and Mental Health from the West. AM: Start your day aligned with our Restore practice, incorporating Pranayama: Breathwork and Meditation to energize, uplight and help improve nervous system resilience/flexibility. PM: Unwind and connect in presence with our evening Restore. This practice integrates Pranayama: Breathwork and Meditation, designed to reduce stress, aid digestion, and regulate the nervous system for recovery.
